Assist the Heidi Search Center and families by handing out missing person flyers to the general public, talking to public regarding the missing person and directing the public to become alert and aware of looking for the missing person.

Assist by performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting for Heidi Search Center. Assists Executive Director and Executive Assistant which will include but not limited to sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.

Will promote the mission, vision and goals of Heidi Search Center for the purpose designated by the Executive Director of Heidi Search Center within a variety of environments. Will speak at public functions on behalf of Heidi Search Center on a variety of topics which will include but not limited to human trafficking, search and rescue, internet safety and runaway prevention.

Promote awareness by educating the public through a variety of topics which will include but not limited to human trafficking, internet safety, runaway prevention, and anti-bullying prevention programs.

Assist with events for the Heidi Search Center organization which will include but is not limited to the conception of the event, plan of event, production and execution of events such as festivals, exhibits, fairs, and conferences. Assist with the preparation of events that may include but not limited to promotion of events, stuffing gift bags and passing out information at events like brochures and child I.D kits.

Organize activities to raise funds, solicit and gather monetary donations or other gifts for the Heidi Search Center. Participate in the preparation of the fundraising events along with assistance at the event.

Create a newsletter for Heidi Search Center that will provide information about forth coming events and activities which include but is not limited to fundraising events, public service projects, special interest events, highlight missing persons, testimonials and success stories.

Assist Heidi Search Center in search and rescue of missing person that may consist of door-to-door search and ground search. You may be required in a door-to-door search and/or ground search which can consist of group coordinated search in urban, suburban, rural and wooded areas to supply support through foot patrol and vehicle support.
